A company is looking for a Director, Demand Generation to lead and scale customer acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Own the strategy, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns to drive users, demos, and revenue
Oversee lifecycle and nurture email campaigns across marketing and sales funnels
Collaborate with sales and operations on routing, MQL optimization, and data hygiene
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech
Expertise in paid channels, automation tools, and analytics tools
Proven ability to scale multi-channel campaigns
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in B2B SaaS or a related field
Experience managing marketing support for recruiting initiatives or employer branding
