Duties and responsibilities include managing a lot of incoming and outgoing calls in the operations, identifying the needs of the client and finding solutions, and answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs. Working conditions include being remote, shift-based in a call center that works 24 / 7, and operating in the Pacific Time Zone.
Requirements include specific computer specifications, minimum internet speed, power backup, and internet backup. Computer specifications include minimum Intel specs, minimum AMD specs, and Macintosh specs. Internet speed requirements include jitter below 10ms, latency below 160ms, upload more than 25mbps, and download more than 40 mbps. Power and internet backup are a must.
