Your Mission :

Deliver personalized, one-on-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Empower clients by teaching crucial life skills, including communication, socialization, motor coordination, play, and daily routines.
Maintain an engaging, supportive, and well-organized therapeutic setting.
Forge strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families, becoming a cornerstone of their support system.
Diligently record behavioral data and track progress.
Collaborate seamlessly with Speech and Occupational Therapists to provide comprehensive care.
Maintain current RBT Certification and QBS Safety-Care Training.

Requirements

Requirements :

A genuine desire to work with children with autism.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.

Strong professional references.

Reliable access to transportation.

Clean criminal background.

Unwavering commitment to client privacy and respect.

Physical stamina to engage in active therapy sessions, including lifting up to 30 pounds.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

A team player, ready to collaborate with fellow professionals.
