Summary

The Financial Analysts responsibilities will include providing forecasting, reporting and project support for Liquidity Management, Warehouse Line of Credit administration, Rate Lock Desk administration, MSR / Retained Interest Cash Flow Model maintenance, Loan Service Snap Shot analytics, Company Insurance Program administration and special projects as assigned by the CFO and or Senior Management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily cash and liquidity management.
• Maintenance of WH LOC daily Trial Balance for each WH LOC.
• General WH LOC administration and collateral management
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual WH LOC Covenant Compliance Certifications.
• MSR and Retained Interest monthly cash flow valuation model administration and maintenance.
• Monthly loan servicing snap shot reporting
• Daily Prime Jumbo Rate Lock desk administration
• Management and administration of Company Insurance programs

Education and / or Experience

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one?on?one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
