Job Details

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3–5 years field sales management experience with 2–4 years in direct sales
  • Experience in managing profitable district sales, analyzing P&L, and forecasting performance
  • Strong background in coaching, training, and developing sales teams
  • Proven ability to implement corporate initiatives, manage territory, and grow key accounts
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Competence in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and basic computer skills
  • Strong ethics and leadership presence
  • Key Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Manage district business operations including profit & loss accountability
  • Achieve district sales growth by developing existing and new customers
  • Implement corporate initiatives and sales strategies within the district
  • Develop, coach, and mentor on-list and new sales representatives
  • Conduct field visits and build relationships with top accounts
  • Plan and run district meetings, workshops, and seminars
  • Forecast district and account-level sales performance
  • Strategically build business through alternate sales channels, including web, telesales, and OEM sales
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new sales representatives
