Job description5 days per week, Monday-Friday, no weekends or evening responsibilities Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care setting Utilize your strong clinical skills to conduct assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions Experience the gratification of helping patients improve their mental well-being and overall quality of life PhD or PsyD with a current psychologist license in the state of Tennessee Minimum of 6 months experience Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities Passion for working with older adult populations W2 position with customizable schedule Base salary with uncapped compensation paid biweekly Flexible paid time off 401k, medical, dental, vision, plus enhanced benefits Access to TeamHealth's wellness program and referral program Industry-leading onboarding training program Company issued and funded iPad supporting seamless remote access for enhanced team collaboration Developed infrastructure with extensive back office as well as local management support
