JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join our RA / QA Quality Data Analytics team. The successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise and understanding of business needs to transform complex data into actionable insights. This role involves supporting data requests, creating and maintaining dashboards, and ensuring data report validation and related processes are upheld to meet RA / QA business requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform data verification to ensure quality and integrity.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and regression testing to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements for new metrics and reports, and support dashboard updates and issue escalations.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and develop visual representations of data to inform product quality performance.
• Ensure consistent and accurate data analysis and report validation in compliance with Verification and Validation (V&V) requirements.
