As the Practice Manager, youll play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our busy dental office. Youll manage administrative staff, coordinate schedules, support our clinical team, and implement systems to ensure a seamless and efficient patient experience.

What Youll Do :

• Lead and support the front office and administrative team
• Oversee scheduling, billing, and patient communication processes
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance; implement strategies to meet goals
• Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and assistants to optimize workflow
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
