Job description

Overview

Litigation Attorney role at Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, PLC (RKRB) in Memphis. Requires at least three years of defense litigation experience for businesses including Fortune 500 companies and national property and liability insurers.

Responsibilities

Manage high-volume litigation from inception through trial.
Provide experienced defense counsel for business clients with complex litigation matters.

Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Admitted to practice law in Tennessee.

Extensive experience handling defense litigation from inception through trial.

Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
