We are headquartered in Minnesota with branch offices in Colorado Wisconsin Iowa Nebraska North Dakota and South Dakota.

The Shop Foreman is responsible for supervising shop mechanics at Q3 Contractings Commerce City shop for all shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Direct the operations of the Shop by planning organizing and prioritizing scheduled repair items and maintenance as needed to efficiently manage and coordinate assigned work volumes and unexpected repairs or emergencies for the Mechanics.
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting of equipment along with performing ultimate repair of equipment. Equipment to include but not limited to small engines all types of diesel and gas engines.
• Negotiation of prices with vendors related to the purchasing of parts equipment and repairs.
• Submission of all paperwork and invoices in a timely and accurate fashion with proper job numbers to the Accounting Department.
• Assistance in the overall appearance of the Shop to ensure safety and overall organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
