Engineering Team Lead, Rollups at Conduit — The Onchain Compute Company. Conduit is building the rollup-native cloud platform that will scale Ethereum. Rollups provide onchain compute at scale; Conduit makes infrastructure simple and onchain compute abundant to unlock the next wave of crypto innovation. The Conduit platform powers the largest chains in production (Proof of Play, Zora, Aevo, and more), with 200+ chains across mainnet and testnet and over $1B in total-value-locked (TVL). This role blends 50–70% coding with 30–50% team leadership and operations, ideal for a skilled individual contributor who wants to step into leadership while maintaining technical depth. Conduit is headquartered in San Francisco, with team members around the world.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable rollup infrastructure and tools
• Lead capacity planning, upgrades, and critical incident response
• Provide technical leadership on DevOps and infrastructure : Helm, Kubernetes, CI / CD, gRPC, HTTP
• Delegate effectively and guide the team through high-stakes technical decisions
• Collaborate with customers and partners for capacity planning and roadmap alignment
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system reliability
