Occupational Therapist – Independent Contractor (Homecare, Union County, NJ)

Join Metro PT’s growing homecare team as an Independent Contractor OT with flexible scheduling and competitive per-visit pay ($74–$92.50). Provide one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes, enjoy autonomy, and focus on patient care without Oasis documentation. Great work / life balance and preference for cases close to your home base.

What You’ll Do :

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy in the home setting
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function, mobility, and independence
• Document all visits and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the Metro PT team to ensure the highest quality of care
• Focus on patient-centered therapy — no Oasis required
• Treat patients within your preferred geographic area whenever possible
