Job Description
The Administrative Resident will will perform rotations and project work for each HealthSource department : Marketing / Development, Human Resources, Operations, Compliance, and Finance. This year-long learning experience will enable the resident to learn about health services administration from all levels of the organization, from front desk staff to the C-Suite and Board.
Shadow each department for month-long rotations during the first six months of the residency.
For the second half of the residency, identify and complete projects with key stakeholders.
Meet with Preceptor on a regular basis to discuss rotations, projects, deliverables, and professional development.
During the residency, the resident will be encouraged to broaden theirhealthcare scope to learn about health departments, hospitals, othercommunity health centers, and more through shadowing.
