Host / Hostess

The Italian Daughter is searching for an EXPERIENCED, EXPERIENCED, EXPERIENCED host / hostess to join our team. We are looking for someone with STRONG PEOPLE SKILLS who can welcome our guests with warmth and a smile, organize reservations + walk-ins, keep waiting patrons happy, organize and operate our OpenTable system and assist with taking TOGO orders over the phone.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years upscale dining host / hostess experience, not casual chain experience.
• Knowledge of the opentable reservation system is a big plus.
• Candidates should have the tools to work well under pressure.
• Must know how to manage and resolve issues should any arise.

This is an hourly, tipped position.
