Kelley Kronenberg is hiring a Director of Application Delivery & Integration! This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of software applications and integration initiatives across the firm. In this role the Director of Application Delivery & Integration will partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget deployments, robust API / middleware connectivity, and high-quality user experiences. Additionally, the Director of Application Delivery & Integration will develop deep subject-matter expertise (SME) on our core legal, financial, and operational applications, advising the CIO on configuration, best practices, and strategic optimization.

Project & Portfolio Management

• Lead the full lifecycle of application projects : requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Establish and maintain project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and risk / issue logs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, finance, operations, vendors) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
