Front Desk Associate

The Lash Lounge is a premier salon for eyelash extensions with 140+ locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of lash and brow services including extensions, lifting, tinting, threading, brow laminations and more. When our guests visit The Lash Lounge Franklin - South, they enter a luxurious retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can face the world feeling beautiful and confident. We are a community built on love, loyalty, and confidence.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on customer service, membership sales, retail sales, and scheduling. Responsibilities :

  • Greet visitors and provide an excellent guest experience
  • Book appointments in person or by phone and text
  • Increase membership sales and retail sales
  • Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and inviting, spa-like environment

Required Skills :

  • 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience
  • Management experience is a huge plus as there is room for growth
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating guests on products and services offered
  • Exhibits sound judgment and a strong work ethic
  • Forms positive working relationships with team
  • Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work weekends and some evenings
  • Experience with MindBody Software is a plus
