Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Libby, MT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our inventory processes, ensuring that our stock levels are accurate and efficiently maintained. Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming packages for accuracy against pack slips and purchase orders
- Identify and report discrepancies or damage in received materials
- Label, bin, and place inventory into designated locations
- Pick parts from inventory and assemble kits for production
- Deliver material kits and stock to appropriate production areas
- Perform cycle counts and support regular physical inventory activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other non-powered handling tools (forklift if certified)
Qualifications
Understand transportation methods across air, rail, sea, or road, including their relative costs and benefits.Familiar with raw materials, production processes, quality control, cost management, and techniques for optimizing manufacturing and distribution.Skilled in time management for self and others, capable of handling multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.Proficient in administrative and clerical procedures and systems.You should be proficient in :
