Your Role on the Team

• Provide comprehensive, quality patient care in an accurate and timely manner according to established patient standards and practice.
• Work independently or cooperatively with other personnel in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and deadlines.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, families, nurses, physicians, and other health-system staff.
• Function effectively under stress and maintain emotional maturity.
• Plan and execute patient tasks according to department standards when no directions are given.
