As a key strategist, you will develop and implement the firm’s short-and long-term recruiting strategy for lateral partners and associates.

Responsibilities

• As a key strategist, you will develop and implement the firm’s short-and long-term recruiting strategy for lateral partners and associates.
• Strategic Talent Acquisition
• Partner with firm leadership to assess current and future hiring needs aligned with practice group and business development strategies.
• Track industry trends and provide strategic insight on market shifts, compensation benchmarks, and competitor movements.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with travel required, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-driven, outgoing, proactive, and positive, with a strong sales ability to showcase Shutts and all that we have to offer.
