Duad Wellness is redefining geriatric mental health care in Illinois. As a Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient (PHP / IOP) provider focused exclusively on the needs of older adults, we deliver compassionate, evidence-based treatment designed to preserve dignity, independence, and emotional well-being.
We are seeking a Clinical & Executive Director to lead our Springfield program, a dynamic, dual-role opportunity for a licensed clinician who brings both operational vision and clinical excellence to a growing organization.
The Clinical & Executive Director provides both strategic oversight and hands-on clinical leadership, ensuring Duad Wellness continues to meet the highest standards of quality care, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction. This individual will guide program direction, supervise staff, and ensure the integration of best practices in geriatric behavioral health.
Oversee all aspects of clinical programming for PHP and IOP levels of care.
Supervise and mentor therapists, case managers, and support staff.
Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and community partners to coordinate comprehensive care.
Lead performance improvement and outcomes initiatives aligned with Duad’s mission and values.
Provide direct clinical care when appropriate, maintaining a strong therapeutic presence within the team.
Partner with leadership to drive operational growth and fiscal sustainability.

Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.
Illinois licensure as LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent (LCSW preferred).
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in geriatric mental health or older adult programming.
Deep understanding of PHP / IOP clinical operations, compliance, and outcome-based care models.

Requirements
Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program. Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA). Proficiency in administering injections and performing phlebotomy within New Jersey's scope of practice. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems; Kipu experience is a plus but not required. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Full-time, on-site availability in Manalapan Township, New Jersey.
