Job descriptionBe the vehicle expert. Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new / used vehicles. Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business. Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day Available to work flexible hours & weekends Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s Fantastic communication skills with your customers Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger and reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and depth perception. Up to 90% standing and walking in all weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The position is constantly engaged in talking and listening. Standing and walking are frequently required.

- Build relationships & create customers for life.
Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
