Nurse Manager - Outpatient Otolaryngology Clinic

Job Description

We are searching for a Nurse Manager with our Texas Children's Outpatient Otolaryngology Clinic someone who works well in a fast-paced hospital setting. In this position, you'll maintain accountability for clinical and personnel activities and to provide support to the Director, Medical Director and Practice Administrator for outpatient clinic operations. As our Patient Care Manager, you will participate in the delivery of high quality, family-centered and developmentally appropriate patient care at the clinic level. Lastly, you will provide leadership to direct clinic patient flow, staffing and clinical quality in collaboration with physician and administrative outpatient leaders.

Qualifications

• Current RN Licensure by the Texas Board of Nurses
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• Two (2) years of nursing experience required
• Basic Life Support required (American Heart Association)
