About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : 3 years NICU experience preferred.

License : State license required.

Certifications : BLS, NRP required.

Must-Have :

• Previous charge experience : 1 year preferred.
• Familiarity with charting systems, specifically Meditech.

Description :

Seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in NICU.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of NICU experience.

Some holidays and weekends will be required.

Experience with neonates between 29-34 weeks is preferred.

The nurse will provide breastfeeding support and manage feeds through various methods.

Isolation precautions must be adhered to diligently.

Care for central lines, umbilical artery catheters, and umbilical vein catheters is expected.

Experience with IV vasopressors and neonatal surfactants is necessary.

Knowledge of steroid administration and management of neonatal abstinence syndrome is important.

Proficiency in bubble CPAP and oxygen delivery systems is required.

Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong clinical skills and commitment to patient care.
