POSITION OVERVIEW :
Leads information technology (IT) business operations to ensure alignment between service delivery, operational governance and business priorities
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Oversee contract and vendor management for the entire IT organization, including negotiation, service level agreement (SLA) compliance, onboarding and risk management
2. Lead IT portfolio management, including prioritization and sequencing of initiatives, and drive ways of working through quarterly business reviews (QBRs), KPI definition, accountability, and standards for Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Communities of Practice (CoPs)
3. Oversee IT financial management, enterprise delivery tools, and training initiatives to drive operational efficiency, ensure standardized adoption, and track impact on team performance
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and performance
5. Monitor and report on operational metrics and performance to senior leadership
6. Recruit, mentor, develop, and evaluate a team of high-performing IT leadership and professionals fostering continuous improvement
7. Strategic leadership to drive efficient, standardized, and aligned IT business operations
8. Analytical decision-making to manage budgets, vendors, portfolios, and operational metrics
9. Comply with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
