Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM

HTS is currently seeking a Console Trim Assembler to join a leading manufacturer in the Macungie area. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with an eye for detail, comfort using hand tools, and a passion for quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities :

Assemble various organ console components including keyboards, stopboards, draw knob jambs, and music racks, following technical drawings and sales order specifications.

Accurately cut and install foil components.

Drill precision holes for toe studs and piston buttons.

Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, air drivers, staple guns, and measuring instruments.

Assist in other departments as needed, such as the Speaker and Pedalboard departments.

Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Complete all required safety training.

What We’re Looking For :

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy.

Comfortable using a variety of hand tools.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience with hand tools is preferred.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs with a team lift.

Must be able to stand, bend, and reach throughout an 8-hour shift.
