Job descriptionProvide prompt, friendly, and accurate customer service regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing. Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients on insurance products. Collaborate with the agent to meet marketing and sales goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market suitable products and services. Build business referral relationships and prospect new sales opportunities. Provide timely reports and stay current on product and licensing updates. Property & Casualty license, Life & Health license obtainable. Proven track record of meeting sales goals preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented Comfortable presenting to customers Bilingual in Spanish preferred Willingness to learn and be coachable Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams Proactive in problem solving Pride in getting work done accurately and timely Ability to effectively relate to a customer Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
