You work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing,  night and weekend shifts.

Our Sauna Studio Assistant Manager is a friendly and outgoing person who sells memberships, promotes the transformative qualities of infrared sauna sessions, delivers excellent customer service, and performs studio upkeep. You work independently to show clients the value of a membership and to meet and exceed sales targets. You're an uplifting presence in our studio, greeting members by name and thoroughly cleaning the saunas to ensure positive client experiences. You keep the studio clean, cleaning the saunas after each use, ensuring they're fresh and ready for the next guest. Additionally, you assist in hiring, onboarding, and training programs while supporting employees in achieving sales goals. You also oversee accounts with downgrades, freeze suspensions, and check previous day studio totals to ensure accuracy and proper checkouts.

As we enroll new members, you guide them through the studio and promote our extensive offerings. You answer questions, schedule appointments, and provide great customer service in person and over the phone. While you're actively moving throughout the day, you also manage the daily paperwork and handle administrative duties like data entry. You also reach out to inactive members to re-ignite their passion for health and wellness, encouraging them to visit us again. As you tackle laundry and housekeeping duties, strengthen relationships with members, and stay updated on our offerings, you make a lasting impact on our studio and our clients!
