About Us

True North Clinical Services is a female clinician-owned agency founded in 2015, specializing in providing in-home therapy services to youth (ages 2-21) and their families across multiple counties in New Jersey, including Burlington, Essex, Hudson, Monmouth, Middlesex, Ocean, and Union. We are an established provider in the NJ Children’s System of Care (CSOC) and are committed to delivering high-quality care that empowers youth and families.

We are currently seeking licensed and provisionally licensed clinicians to join our team to provide in-home therapy services for two hours per week, per family.

  • Telehealth options available at youth and family’s preference, during inclement weather, and to avoid service disruption when there is illness in the youth and family’s home

Location(s) : Ocean County NJ. Sessions are conducted in the youth and family’s home and / or community.

Job Type : Full-time, Part-time, Minimum requirement of 8 hours per week up to full-time

Pay Range : $70.00 - $96.00 per hour (determined by experience, the number of billable hours you are willing to maintain per week, specializations, travel area, ages of youth, and presenting challenges you will work with)

Independently Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) $83-$96 / hr ($129,480 - $149,760 annually (30hrs per week))

Provisionally Licensed (LSW, LAC, AMFT) $70-$78 / hr ($109,200 - $121,680 annually (30 hours a week))

Responsibilities :

  • Provide in-home therapy services for youth and families, addressing emotional, behavioral, developmental, intellectual, and / or substance abuse challenges.
  • Conduct sessions in the youth and family’s home and / or community setting.
  • Telehealth options available at youth and family’s preference, during inclement weather, and to avoid service disruption when there is illness in the youth and family’s home
  • Create individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Maintain documentation and records in accordance with agency standards.
  • Requirements :

  • Active license in New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, LSW, LAC, AMFT)
  • Experience in psychotherapy with children
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
  • Professional liability insurance coverage
  • Prior Intensive In-Community (IIC) experience preferred
  • Familiarity with the CYBER PerformCare system a plus
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Pashto, Creole, Sign Language) a plus
