You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, and document progress using electronic medical records.

Required qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program and a valid Massachusetts PT license. Experience in skilled nursing settings and strong communication skills are recommended.
