We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities :

• Manage the month-end close process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee general ledger activities and maintain the integrity of financial data.
• Coordinate and support financial statement audits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and approve journal entries to maintain accurate accounting records.
• Ensure adherence to US GAAP standards in all financial processes.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations and reporting.
