About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Account Management and Partnerships to play a pivotal role in driving growth through strategic, high-impact partnerships and ensuring exceptional client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnerships strategy, identifying and establishing strategic partnerships, and fostering long-term relationships to maximize value and collaboration. This role also involves leading and mentoring an account management team, developing strategies for customer retention and satisfaction, and working cross-functionally to enhance partnership success. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare IT solutions, with a focus on partnerships, business development, and / or account management, and a proven track record in managing large, strategic accounts and partnerships, particularly in the public sector, payer, K-12, or higher education domains.
