Technology Business Analyst + Tester10+ years experience as Business Analyst preferably in insurance domain with good knowledge in New Business, Claims etc.Life Insurance business analysis (if annuities, much better) with hands on testing experienceParticipate in requirement gathering and design thinking workshopsManage functional product backlog and supports in maintaining functional designs.Creating , Managing User stories and validating development test scenarios. Strong communication skills to provide show and tell to business, knowledge transfer to development and other teamSelecting or Identifying AreasTest cases for Automation.Designing Implementing Test Automation Strategy.Creating Test Plan and getting approvals.
