Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of global compensation and benefits programs
Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and compensation benchmarking
Administer employee benefits plans and analyze reward program data
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits
Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with HRIS preferred
Understanding of core compensation principles and job evaluation
Experience in benefits administration and vendor management
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
