Administrative Assistant
We're seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Talent Officer and recruiting team. In this role, you'll help ensure the smooth execution of recruiting and business operations through administrative excellence, communication, and coordination. This is a temporary position with a minimum commitment of six months and strong potential to convert to a permanent role as we grow.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the recruiting team and leadership
- Coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and assist with meeting logistics
- Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms
- Screen resumes and supports initial candidate assessments
- Maintain accuracy and organization of data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation
- Support social media updates and light content scheduling
- Conduct research and contribute to internal projects as needed
- Participate in team meetings and help drive operational efficiency
Qualifications :
Must live within the DC, MD, VA areaUS citizenship requiredAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.At least 2 years of administrative experience, ideally supporting HR or recruiting functionsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesComfortable multitasking and navigating a fast-paced environmentProactive, resourceful, and eager to take initiativeProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Google Workspace is a plusPreferred Qualifications :
