Ferguson is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Facilities Coordinator / Call Operator to support daily facility operations and provide call-routing services for our main company phone line. This role requires a proactive professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for escalated facility issues and emergencies.

Greet and receive visitors and vendors, ensuring all security procedures are followed.

Answer main lobby calls and route them to the appropriate personnel or provide general assistance.

Coordinate activities with external vendors and contractors.

Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and projects.

Utilize facilities management software and reporting tools.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational standards.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Proficiency in facilities management software and reporting tools is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Pay Range : $19.62 - $27.45

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
