Job Summary
The Research Associate III will conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experiments to support projects within the PHCS division. This role involves designing and executing complex experiments, analyzing results, and contributing to project strategies in alignment with GMP, GLP, and Design Control standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong scientific expertise, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset to a fast-paced R&D environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute a wide range of experimental protocols.
- Conduct bench experiments, record detailed observations, and analyze data.
- Prepare technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses.
- Identify and implement process and workflow improvements in the lab.
- Collaborate across cross-functional technical teams for investigations or development activities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and train junior team members.
- Troubleshoot experimental or process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and Design Control policies.
- Maintain complete and accurate laboratory documentation.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field).Experience : Minimum 4 years of relevant hands-on laboratory or research experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics environments.Skills :Proficiency in a range of experimental and analytical techniques.Strong data analysis, documentation, and presentation abilities.Proficient with Microsoft Office and scientific software tools.Familiarity with scientific literature research.Soft Skills : Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork capabilities.
