The Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator will be the primary liaison between Walsh Academy and potential schools and school district personnel to establish relationships that will lead to referrals for placement in Walsh classrooms. This role will collaborate closely with Walsh Academy leadership and communication staff to enhance messaging and target ideal prospects to advocate for the schools mission programs and unique offerings.
1. Develop and implement outreach strategies to enhance visibility and engagement with Walsh Academy.
2. Build and maintain relationships with referring school districts special education cooperatives and community organizations.
3. Collaborate with the Director of Educational Services and Director of Communications to create and execute the schools marketing plan focusing on outreach priorities and evaluating outcomes.
4. Design assess and manage Walsh Academys marketing strategy aimed at referral sources in educational institutions.
5. Maintain precise records of outreach initiatives contacts and outcomes of engagement.
6. Represent the school professionally and empathetically embodying its values and dedication to special education.
7. Perform additional duties as delegated.
