Quer trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico? Como Runner de Operações , você vai garantir que os pedidos de delivery fluam sem problemas dentro de nossa unidade, lidar com tarefas administrativas, resolver problemas e oferecer um atendimento ao cliente de primeira.

Sobre a Vaga :

  • Organizar e transportar pedidos de comida de maneira eficiente dentro de nossa unidade até a coleta pelos entregadores
  • Cuidar de tarefas administrativas, manter as instalações limpas e ser um "resolvedor" de problemas.
  • Ser a ponte entre a Kitchen Central e nossos parceiros, restaurantes e motoristas.

O Que Você Vai Fazer :

  • Ser a linha de frente do nosso negócio!
  • Retirar pedidos das cozinhas e levá-los para a area de processamento central.
  • Oferecer um atendimento excepcional para a equipe interna, staff dos restaurantes e entregadores de aplicativo.

    • Qualificações :

  • Conseguir levantar até 20 kg e subir escadas.
  • Excelentes habilidades organizacionais e de multitarefa.
  • Capacidade de resolver problemas de forma independente.
  • Boa comunicação, tanto pessoalmente quanto online.
  • Atitude positiva em um ambiente acelerado.
  • Experiência em atendimento ao cliente, serviços de alimentação ou como motorista de aplicativos de entrega é um diferencial.
