Job Description

The 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor will report directly into the Manufacturing Manager and be responsible for :

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff on 2nd shift.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor production schedules, workflows, and quality standards to meet customer requirements.
• Train, coach, and develop employees to build a high-performing team.
• Partner with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and cost savings.
• Complete shift reports and ensure accurate documentation of production metrics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for shift-related communication and problem-solving.
