As a Consultant on the Financial Operations team, you will work with colleagues from top tech companies and fast-growing businesses. Together, our team delivers world-class operational support across payroll, benefits, AP / AR, equity administration, and compliance. You will have endless opportunities to be a problem solver, creative thinker, and new business builder.

Key Responsibilities

This is a high-impact role working directly with our clients to :

• Implement rigorous problem-solving to help solve clients' operational challenges on how to manage payroll, benefits, compliance, and financial operations
• Own communication with clients regularly to provide our recommendations and manage expectations
• Bring operational best practices plus a deep understanding of back-office systems to help clients implement payroll workflows, AP / AR processes, and equity administration
• Be part of the world's preeminent operational services tech-enabled firm - a trusted partner for our clients on their most important operational decisions
• Partner with clients to help them deliver measurable and sustainable improvements in operational and business KPIs
• Keep operational projects on track with ongoing monitoring for status updates and escalation management
• Support successful compliance requirements and deadlines by tracking and ensuring timely completion

Why Pilot?

The base pay range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $66,000 - $111,000 in most remote locations, and between $82,000 - $111,000 in San Francisco, CA and New York City, NY. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors such as candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular positions are eligible for equity, 401(k), health benefits, and other benefits; some of these benefits may be available for part-time or temporary positions.
