Join our team as a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant with Indigo. At Indigo, we embrace innovation and value input from our team members. We focus on what matters mostcaring for the patients in the communities we serve. This is a float position for our North Region Urgent Care Clinics. North Region : Redmond, Bellevue, Issaquah, Sammamish, Bothell, Kirkland, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Lake Stevens, and Marysville.

FTE : 0.9 Shift : Day Schedule : 8am-8pm (3 x 12-hour shifts) Unique earning potential, in addition to your base hourly rate :

• Up to $7,500 sign-on incentive is available for external candidates including new grads and experienced medical assistants
• $2.50 / hour Indigo Premium on top of base rate for all hours worked
• $1.75 / hour X-Ray Certification Premium on top of base rate for all hours worked for employees who become trained and certified in X-Ray
• $1.25 / hour Weekend Differential for staff who work weekend shifts
• Extra Shifts and Float incentives awarded when applicable
• Monthly Indigo Incentive Program, with a payout rate of up to $300 / month

Pay and Benefit Expectations : We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $24.58 - $35.36 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to : skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and / or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
