You Are An Accomplished Executive That Will :
Define and execute strategic partner initiatives within the Semiconductor Foundry ecosystem, focusing on advanced and established process nodes.
Influence foundry partners to shape product and IP roadmaps, drive 3DIC strategies, and support mutual customers.
Serve as the primary technical assessor for interoperability requests from third-party EDA companies and Synopsys business units, ensuring interface agreements align with strategic objectives and accelerate product development.
Leverage expertise in the Silicon to Systems ecosystem, strong negotiation skills, and a collaborative approach to strengthen key relationships and advance Synopsys' initiatives.
Demonstrate a proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to take on increased leadership as the program and function evolve.
What You'll Be Doing :
Execute ecosystem strategies that support Synopsys' business objectives.
Lead high-impact initiatives and manage key ecosystem partners, focusing on foundries and interoperability.
Drive collaborative projects that deliver innovative solutions and integrate Synopsys products.
Align partnership activities with product development and go-to-market strategies by working cross-functionally with R&D, product management, and sales.
Coordinate with Technical Product Groups to prioritize design kits and tech files, ensuring comprehensive support across Synopsys product lines.
Act as the subject matter expert for assigned ecosystem domains, engaging internal stakeholders, executive leadership, customers, and industry forums.
Collaborate with global marketing to develop joint marketing programs for ecosystem elements.
Build trusted relationships with partners to enhance collaboration and resolve challenges efficiently.
Negotiate and influence partner activities to align with Synopsys' strategic objectives.

What You'll Need :
20+ years of EDA / semiconductor product management and marketing experience.
BS / MS in Electrical Engineering or Device Physics required; MBA preferred.
Extensive knowledge of the semiconductor ecosystem, foundries, EDA interoperability, and related industry standards.
Recognized leader with established relationships across key ecosystem companies.
Proven ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams within Synopsys and the broader ecosystem.
Track record of delivering results independently and through others under tight deadlines.
Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Skilled in developing impactful presentations for senior executive audiences.
