Job Description : POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Staff / Ambulatory Pharmacist provides comprehensive patient care services through inpatient pharmacy functions, including but not limited to order entry / verification, medication checking / dispensing and other pertinent tasks that ensure safe and effective use of medications. The Pharmacist may also rotate into ambulatory roles such as anticoagulation clinic services, oncology or others as determined by Manager.
The Clinical Staff / Ambulatory Pharmacist will be involved in patient care activities supporting a variety of patient populations, ranging from geriatrics to pediatrics.
