Electro Mechanical Technician

Job Summary :

Seeking a technician to provide phone support for electromechanical products, assisting service teams and partners with troubleshooting and technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to technical support inquiries via phone

Log and track service cases; follow established warranty procedures

Diagnose product issues (electrical / mechanical)

Assist with training materials and support documentation

Act as a liaison for service-related questions from field personnel

Qualifications :

Technical degree or equivalent experience in an electrical / mechanical field

Hands-on troubleshooting skills

Strong communication and customer support abilities

Familiarity with ERP systems and basic office software

Familiarity with motors, motor controls, working with high voltage

Ability to interpret technical schematics

Experience :

Minimum one year in a technical support or service-related role

Pay : $24-$32 / hr
