We are recruiting for the following position :

• Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Nurse Manager - Posting #25738 Salary Rate : $74,958.09 (LPN) - $92,444.35 (RN) Position Summary : Full-time Nurse Manage r  (RN or LPN) position available for our Tacoma Cushman Medical Clinic in Pierce County.
• Sea Mar Community Health Centers is accredited by The Joint Commission and recognized by the National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) level III.
• The Nurse Manager works in conjunction with Health Center Administrator and Clinical Director in daily operations of the clinic.
• The Nurse Manager oversees clinical and administrative supervision of all the nursing department personnel in the clinic.

Responsibilities :

Perform monthly audits (quality improvement audits, etc.…) and demonstrate knowledge of State and Federal Regulations as they apply to health centers Focus clinic efforts on patient satisfaction, clinical quality measures, HEDIS, and Meaningful Use standards.

Requirements :

Must possess the ability to solve practical problems in a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.  Must possess strong leadership and management skills with a strong clinical background in ambulatory care.  Desired :
