Pay Range : $70.00 -$80.00 Per Hour

Job Summary :

In this role, you will be integral to the Design and Development of Vehicle Dynamics, focusing on steering, handling, and braking performance enhancements. You'll work in a casual yet passionate team environment, focusing on delivering world-class riding and handling vehicles. The position involves hands-on testing, tuning, and validation, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the company, and necessitating domestic and international travel.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and iterate vehicle hardware and software calibrations through both subjective assessments and data-driven processes.

Install and manage robust data acquisition systems on prototype vehicles; conduct, analyze, and document tests.

Execute objective and subjective analysis of vehicle attributes and benchmark vehicles.

Troubleshoot / document mechanical, electrical, and software issues in a high-paced setting.

Engage with cross-functional teams to make timely, data-driven decisions; assist in the preparation and maintenance of vehicle dynamics prototype fleet.

Must-Have Skills :

Demonstrated experience delivering vehicles with world-class dynamics attributes.

Proficiency in data acquisition, analysis, and vehicle dynamics tuning.

Practical knowledge of MATLAB / Simulink, and familiarity with Python, C++.

Industry Experience Required :

Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience focused on vehicle dynamics.

Experience with ADAMS, CarRealTime, CarMaker, CarSim, or similar tools is beneficial but not required.
