Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Stepdown Discipline : RN Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Local Contract Number of Beds - 34 Number of Staff - 60 Type of staff : RN / CNA Day Shift - 1 charge and 9-11 nurse, 2 aides Night Shift - 1 charge and 7-9 nurses Patient Ratios - 1 : 4 Type of equipment - tele, bedside monitor, defib machine, alaris pumps, kangaroo pump, CT, pacer wires, pacing box EMR - Epic Typical Procedures : TEE and cardioversion Floating : ICU and COVID Units Must Haves : - An ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred - A recent 12 months of PCU RN experience in an acute hospital setting - AK RN License - BLS, ACLS, and NIH Certifications Preferred or Nice to Have : - Cardiovascular background - EPIC Experience - Travel Experience
