We are looking for an exceptional Technical Sales Manager for the South West Region, ideally with technical sales experience of Flat Roofing Steel, Concrete, Timber, and Critical Decks. This opportunity offers a competitive salary package and uncapped commission starting at 20% of annual salary.
Objectives :
- Achieve budgeted turnover and profitability targets
- Manage and develop new business in the defined sales region through a consultative sales approach
- Represent the company in a professional and proficient manner at all times
Principal Duties :
Manage key accounts within sales territoryDevelop new and existing business within the region by working with sub-contractors, key OEM, and distribution partnersProvide technical and consultative sales support by networking and building strong working relationships within all departments of the customer / clientEnsure good product and application knowledge at all timesEnsure the highest standard of customer service is provided at all timesMaximize profitability whilst securing the businessPro-actively seek and secure projects within your sales regionWork closely with peers to fully leverage all opportunitiesUnderstand competitors and report back on a regular basis any information of noteComplete all sales administration as required in full and on timeCore Competencies :
