Associate Brand Manager

With a $22 billion portfolio encompassing more than 40 proprietary brands and over 20,000 products, the Sysco brand portfolio plays a pivotal role in helping customers achieve culinary and financial success. The Associate Brand Manager will serve as an integral member of Sysco's brand team, responsible for managing the company's diverse portfolio of brands. This role is focused on building a global brand portfolio, strengthening brand equity, driving growth, and supporting Sysco's long-term strategic objectives.
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Support the development and execution of Sysco brand plans and marketing strategies
- Assist in developing brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies across all of Sysco's in-house brands
- Manage Sysco brand assets across platforms to ensure accuracy and availability
- Serve as a Sysco brand ambassador across the organization
Marketing Campaign Management
Serve as the main point of contact with the marketing team to coordinate integrated campaigns around Sysco Brand across digital / social / personalization and brand assets developmentWork with external agencies to coordinate creative content and packaging development feedbackConsumer Insights & Analytics
Partner with research teams to develop insights that inform brand decision making as neededAnalyze consumer trends, market data, and competitive intelligence to inform brand strategies as neededCross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with merchandising, QA, sales, marketing, and innovation teams to ensure alignment and execution of brand plansParticipate in the new product development process and go-to-market planningWork with the packaging team to manage project timelines, lead packaging design, gather brand feedback and track day-to-day workflowsWork with SHOP and digital teams to ensure brand content is accurate and manage process flows to make required updatesData & Budget Management
Key point of contact to pull brand performance metrics and provide high level analysis from Guided Ad HOCAssist in managing brand budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring agency paymentsEducation Required :
Bachelor's Degree, BBA in marketingEducation Preferred :
MBA preferredExperience Required :
13 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, consumer products, or foodserviceSkills and Abilities :
