We're currently welcoming BCBAs to join our team. Most roles are remote, serving families in their homes, and were opening a new clinic in Brooklyn as part of our expanding footprint. Our leadership team comprises clinicians who understand the real demands of this work and are committed to ensuring BCBAs have the flexibility to serve with intention and the time to recharge. BCBA Qualifications & Requirements :

• Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) & NY Licensed Behavior Analyst required.
• 1+ years of experience in ABA
• Medicaid ID from New York State
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

BCBA Benefits & Schedule :

$85,000 - $100,000 a year
